So, if you just want your theme updated and know you do not have the time or the process is beyond your skills, you don’t have to sign up for the monthly subscription, we can simply complete the job as a one-time job for a single fee.
Having said that, if you would prefer the peace of mind knowing your site is being monitored, maintained any updated as needed, you might prefer our monthly subscription instead. You can still log individual tasks with the team to investigate, but major things like updates and security are completed regularly to prevent your site from losing traffic to slow load times and loss of position in Google rankings.

How we do it

We are a worldwide team, so when we say we get straight to work we mean straightaway and that’s how we provide 24/7 support to our clients. Depending on the size of the job, we can have the job complete within a few hours. More complex tasks will take longer, however we generally have most tasks turned around within the day.
Our plans cover a range of different inclusions such as 24-hour live chat support, Security protection, speed improvements and regular backups. All of which are integral to the success of your site, as we have discussed in some of our helpful blog posts. All plans also include upgrades for both the WordPress core and plugin and theme updates and detailed notes on the work that was done for every logged job. Our plans start from the one-off fee per task or job of $79 USD if you do not need ongoing support. For monthly support our subscriptions start at $89 USD per month covering all of your basic support and up to three small 30-80 minute jobs per month along with same day turn around.
When you step up to our mid-range support plan, the Gold WP EZI Plan is $109 per month and means you can log unlimited small jobs per month. You would still only be allowed to have our team work on one job at a time, however the plan also includes quality assurance and site improvement suggestions. This would be our most popular plan for small to medium businesses across the globe.
Our Pro plan includes all of the above, with a few notable changes. Each task has a turnaround time of between 4 and 8 hours, and you can request up to three jobs at a time. You still received unlimited small tasks and all of the security, upgrades and support as the other plans as well.

Our final tier is for those businesses with more than 3 sites; for which we offer a white label service. Our white label service is a lot more involved and we provide a comprehensive communication package for our white label customers. We allow you to create your own tasks in our Trello board for your site, so our development can share updates with you throughout the process. This process not only keeps you updated, but also allows a further platform for communication between our team and our valued clients.
